A few years ago I would have needed the handbrake software for videos taken on camcorder. Used an old laptop for that. My task was burning several copies on dvd. So had to buy a new bunch. But the hard work was finding a software to even convert the videos to a format I could burn on dvd and actually play on any DVD player. Wasnt that easy. I want make ads for any since I had to try different ones and dont remember all.

Handbrake was mentioned very often. But couldnt get it to use. I actually had to us some windows vista compatible programs think I would waste space and risk malware on my own notebook? Funny enough the windows dvd maker on windows 7 also helped to get it all done. But the conversion process of the avi file or wmv was longest thing to do since it was all about waiting.

The time in the titel is just and not more than an hour. I tried it and the final file is just 0 seconds. Any Idea? I have Win 7 64 bit. DVD43 says its not compatible with 64 bit and also I have anydvd which says it conflicts with. What can I do? Can I use the anydvd instead of dvd43?
