Did you read the readme. I used 2. Must not have a been a problem there as I’m download If I do the same, my mouse is no longer working. Haha, you need to set it back to USB 2. I had that exact problem this afternoon and then I played around with the usb controllers and then it worked.

You could try disabling “smooth scrolling”, VMWare might not like that. You can try disabling the horizontal scrolling in SetPoint and see if that helps. I’d do a test in the VM and see if all the buttons are working. Think we’re getting somewhere. In the SetPoint application, it identifies my mouse pretty accurately as a VX Revolution, albeit it is an older version than what is shown. However, no matter what I do to change the scroll wheel settings, it still only scrolls three lines per click in all applications.

Neither does the horizontal scrolling work. The drivers seem to be up to date and all other settings will register, just not anything that has to do with the scroll wheel? And now I’m completely lost.

I changed the setting in SetPoint to scroll one page at a time. On the host, it still scrolls three lines per click. However, in my VMware clients, I now have three lines per click scroll functionality I then went back to check the settings in SetPoint, it was reversed to three lines per click Add a comment. I vaguely recall some issues with a 3 button or scroll wheel mouse with Fusion. Somewhere in the general Fusion options there was a mouse optimization setting that you could change which helped in my case. Perhaps workstation has something similar. Sorry for the probably completely useless post..

Not useless! However, I found a setting for “game compatibility” regarding the mouse which makes no difference at all from what I can tell. More suggestions? This sounds like a driver problem with the default virtual mouse driver. I did not know at the time of the topic start.
