PDF Element is a must-have for everyone creating documents or receiving documents. It is very easy to use and yet powerful. I practically use it every day. Very easy to use. It is very convenient to add text, rotate, add figures, etc. However, I want the man-machine interface to be improved in a more understandable way.

I used PDF Element for many years and then upgraded to a more full featured version. Around as best I can recall I spoke to your customer service after I could not upgrade without paying the full price. Via customer service I was provided the opportunity to upgrade for an incremental price.

I provided CC information and I received an email with license number or link to access the new version. I can find no way to call wondershare and have contacted your customer service via your website and included a copy of the email I received when I paid to upgrade my license.

I have begged for someone to call me or email me about correcting the problem and it has now been months already with no reply. I like your software but this has been a nightmare and I regret doing business with wondershare. PDFelement has been the best addition to my software tools. Wondershare PDFelement is a great tool. I used it recently to redact a confidential document. It worked perfectly. I’ve tried them all. PDFelement has helped me a lot with pdf edits. PDFelement is quick and easy for my needs. I switched from Adobe Professional when their price to upgrade became outrageous. I reviewed PDFelement among other software and decided that PDFelement could meet my needs, doing all that Adobe had been doing and more.

Some things in PDFelement are not intuitive and I have to google how to do something I know can be done. My only aggravation is that periodically I have to verify my purchase I purchased the license, not a subscription , which requires me remember my id and password. This is frustrating as one of the reasons I selected PDFelement was because I had an option for an out-right purchase and would be able to use the software offline with no internet connection.

It seems it should be a simple thing for them to embed a cookie or search for a file on my computer that indicates I own this license and I do not need to continue to validate it!
