Chai, Chat & Canvas – for Parents of ALN/Autistic Children
Take a pause for your own wellbeing in a relaxed morning of reflection and connection. This session is all about you as a parent – A calm space to rest, share experiences, and connect with others who understand your journey.
We’ll also enjoy a canvas painting activity with meaning, where you can explore creativity and express your experiences. Each canvas tells a story, and together they remind us that we are never alone.
Chai and light refreshments will be served.
Venue: USW Building – Floor C, Engagement Room
