16 YMCO boys and their families from Newport attended today’s mini tournament & fun footy festival at the Swansea Liberty Stadium!
A huge thank you to our friends at Bengal Dragons Foundation and Cosaraf for making this incredible experience possible. From providing tracksuits and travel to packed lunches, every detail was taken care of and made a real difference which made sure the boys could take part with pride and focus on enjoying the day.
Today was about all the children’s confidence, teamwork and giving our young people a chance to shine on a platform many only dream of. Seeing all the groups proudly represent their community was a great moment for us all.
Massive shoutout to our fantastic FA Wales accredited football coaches : Nasif, Ridwan, and Raheed, who went the extra mile both on and off the pitch for the boys but also took time to learn more about the brilliant work BDF is doing across South Wales communities.
