A much needed mental health workshop around panic attacks was shared with girls and women today.

We discussed:
•Common triggers and symptoms
•The mind and body connection in anxiety
•Early warning signs
• Faith based and therapeutic tools for grounding and recovery
Due to the hot weather, the youth team took some the girls out for ice cream to cool down which was welcomed with big smiles!! 🍦 🍨
