At Gupshup this week, Aysha R shared a reminder about the how valued and honoured we are, and how important it is to look after ourselves, strive to grow, and be the best version of who we can be for those who look up to us. Having a moment to reflect on reminders is an opportunity to ground and centre ourselves during a busy and fast paced life. As the winter months bring cold days and long nights, it feels especially important to come together, stay connected, and support one another. These gatherings bring warmth, comfort, and community when we need it most.
The rest of the session was full of teamwork and laughter, we really saw the groups competitive side!
