Chai, Chat & Canvas – for Parents of ALN/Autistic Children
Take a pause for your own wellbeing in a relaxed morning of reflection and connection. This session is all about you as a parent – A calm space to rest, share experiences, and connect with others who understand your journey.
We’ll also enjoy a canvas painting activity with meaning, where you can explore creativity and express your experiences. Each canvas tells a story, and together they remind us that we are never alone.
Chai and light refreshments will be served.
Venue: USW Building – Floor C, Engagement Room

A much needed mental health workshop around panic attacks was shared with girls and women today.
We discussed: •Common triggers and symptoms •The mind and body connection in anxiety •Early warning signs • Faith based and therapeutic tools for grounding and recovery Due to the hot weather, the youth team took some the girls out for ice cream to cool down which was welcomed with big smiles!!
Boys U11 Sports Skills is on this Sunday
Fun & active – keeps the boys moving, playing and enjoying sports. Skill building – a chance to try new sports skills in a fresh and different way. Free & social – no cost, and a great way to make friends and be part of a team! don’t worry about the rain – the session…
