A space filled with creativity and sharing centred around supporting parents of ALN/Autistic children and celebrating our children for who they are.
We talked about autism, disability and the stigma around it and the language and labelling used.
Alongside this, our canvas painting activity allowed parents to express emotions around connection with their child and identity. We appreciate those who joined us and will continue to support each other. These conversations matter, and together we continue to challenge stigma with understanding and compassion

In last week’s Rahm Within session, the group explored the ovulation phase, looking at how energy levels, mood and physical symptoms can shift during this part of the cycle. We discussed: •Common triggers and symptoms •The mind and body connection in anxiety •Early warning signs • Faith based and therapeutic tools for grounding and recovery Due to the hot weather, the youth team took some the girls out for ice cream to cool down which was welcomed with big smiles!!
