We welcomed everyone with a spicy scrambled eggs breakfast, followed by games, catchups, and plenty of chat. It was relaxed, fun and just what was needed on a cold day… a chance to reconnect and enjoy good company, as always.
Alongside the fun, Gupshup continues to be a supportive hub, especially through the winter months:
* A safe place to gather, stay warm and ease the pressure of a number of things during colder days.
* Winter can be tough and regular connection helps lift mood, reduce stress and combat isolation.
* Bringing women together to share, laugh, and support one another, reminding everyone they are not alone.
Some of our team had the pleasure of attending WCVA CGGC gofod3, the largest voluntary sector event of its kind in Wales. It was a fantastic day filled with speakers, workshops and great opportunities to connect with colleagues from across the sector. Diolch to the organisers for creating such a valuable space for learning!
