In last week’s Rahm Within session, the group explored the ovulation phase, looking at how energy levels, mood and physical symptoms can shift during this part of the cycle. We also shared foods that can naturally support the body at this stage, including fresh fruits, dark chocolate and nutrient rich options that help maintain balance and vitality.
