The Brecon is a very popular mountain range in South Wales. The Beacons include South Wales’ highest mountain, Pen y Fan. The wider area is also commonly referred to as “the Brecon Beacons”, and it includes the Black Mountains.
Those who attended managed to catch glimpses of the natural beauty of the ranges, waterfalls and wildlife. To finish the trek, the BBQ was set up which everyone enjoyed as usual!
The Heritage Walks we have organised are refreshing to say the least! We started the walks in Spring which are ideal as the weather brightens up and adds a literal spring in our steps!
YMCO have hosted many events and also had barbecues to give the event a perfect finish. BBQs are usually a summer event but we have also hosted BBQs in the snow, which everyone enjoyed thoroughly!
