At Gupshup Ladies Group this week, the group had a reminder about preparing for Rajab and the approaching months and using it as a time to reset our intentions. We reflected on choosing one small change to work on and staying consistent rather than overwhelming ourselves
To make the session even more special, one the ladies kindly prepared haleem (traditional South Asian barley, lentil and meat dish) for everyone to enjoy – which went down a treat allahumma barik with a hot cup of chai/ chaa (saa).
As we take a break for the winter period, the ladies enjoyed playing games in particularly twister, lots of laughter and fun times had!!
