We’re so happy to see how much the children are enjoying our Saturday Kids Club!
Because the club has become very popular, we’re making a few changes to help keep sessions calm, creative and well organised.
What’s Changing. We’re bringing back a rotation and registration system, similar to before when families registered in advance to reserve a craft pack.
Here’s how it will work:
A closed Saturday Kids Club whatsapp group for existing families only
Registration and craft pack reservations are only open to families already on our Saturday Kids Club database.
Extra children on the day (also from the database) can stay for 30 minutes of general play only.
Families not on the database can’t attend right now, if you turn up on the day, we wont be able to accommodate — please keep an eye on our social media for updates when spaces reopen.
Why We’re Doing This. These changes will help us:
* Keep groups smaller and sessions safe
* Make activities higher quality
* Use our craft materials responsibly
* Give every child a fair chance to join in
Thank you for understanding and if any changes we will keep you posted!
