The most recent Rahm Within session focused on creating roll on wellbeing blends and balms
The most recent Rahm Within session focused on creating roll on wellbeing blends and balms, ensuring everyone could have a set of personal self care and wellbeing resources introduced at the start of the programme.
We discussed how these blends can be used as pulse point balms to support grounding and calm. Alongside the practical activity, we continued our conversation about the different phases of the menstrual cycle and how to recentre through faith during each stage. We also distributed period packs as part of our women’s dignity project which aligns with this work.
The 1:1 coaching sessions have also been progressing well. Women have been openly discussing their cycles, specific situations they are facing, and the support they need. These sessions have provided valuable space for understanding symptoms, identifying patterns, and gaining personalised guidance.
This project has been great to offer practical tools, informed support and faith aligned approaches that help women manage their wellbeing with confidence and clarity.
