Adapting to the weather, we moved the Wellbeing Patch ethos indoors while still using the learning of from the patch.
The workshop was all about slowing down and refilling our cups through:
A faith centered approach to wellbeing, nurturing mind, body and spirit
Exploring the benefits of essential oils and creating personalised roller blends
Sharing herbal teas
Conversations in a peaceful setting
It was was lovely to witness the team reconnect with themselves and each other β a gentle reminder that those who work within the community also deserve care.
