For day 3 of Flora & Thread, we continued working on embroidery, building on the drawings and prints made in the first two weeks.
Each person made progress on their piece, taking time to stitch over shared conversation, plenty of tea and freshly baked cake The group reflected on their choice of design. What a great garden open day we had yesterday!
We shared herbal teas made with hibiscus, calendula, lemon verbena and rose, alongside live demo of fresh hummus and tabbouleh full of fresh parsley.
