A lovely and fun session at Saturday Kids Club yesterday! It was great to see everyone and have much missed team member return after a break
This week we explored clay modelling techniques learning the difference between play dough and pottery clay . The children got really stuck in, experimenting and did an amazing job with their creations!
Alongside this, we had a range of activities including painting, creative play and craft corners, giving everyone something they could enjoy. Story time was a highlight too the children listened so attentively and got involved with the reading too
We gave out special badges to Aminah, Abdullah and Dua for being brilliant during the session – hopefully something they can show their family and friends
This week at Saturday Kids Club, we had a fantastic time painting ceramic trinkets a fun and creative activity that the children loved! The group had lemon, ginger and honey tea and had a stew soup made by Ruba served with tiger loaf. Together, we considered the ingredients and created recipe cards to take home as part of our ongoing focus on healthy, womb friendly food.
